I have NO idea where to start! I am not at all familiar with blogs (other then reading them) I just knew that I needed a way to express myself. I guess I will begin by telling you a little about me. I am a 27 year old female who was diagnosed with Chronic Fatique and Fibromyalgia at the age of 18. I would say that up until a few years ago they were just words and didnt really affect my energy or health all that much, then EVERYTHING changed!
A few years ago I was involved in a motor Vehicle accident that has forever altered my life. It hasnt altered it in the way some may be thinking eg: unable to walk, or left in a wheelchair. No it has been more subtle then that, just creeping in at every turn in my life making it increasingly difficult to hold onto my job, live life to the fullest, and just do the things I love and Enjoy.

I guess what I am trying to say is that I made this blog mostly for me as a way to express myself and if I am able to spread a little bit of awareness, connect with those that have this condition, or even get people to smile a little then that is a major BONUS!
